Welcome to the Prizies™ Annual Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). Sponsored by Prizies™, this Promotion offers exciting opportunities to win without any purchase. By entering, you agree to abide by the rules set forth below. Please read these official rules (“Contest Rules”) carefully. Your participation indicates your full acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher). Void where prohibited, including in Puerto Rico. Employees, officers, and directors of Prizies™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or claim a prize. Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all matters related to the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period to qualify.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must visit www.prizies.com and complete the entry form during the Promotion Period. Required fields include:

  • Full Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Telephone Number

  • Email Address

  • Date of Birth

Upon successful submission of the entry form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Attempts to enter using multiple email addresses or identities will result in disqualification. Entries generated by automated means or that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise invalid will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection

Within fifteen (15) business days after the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received during the year. Winners will be notified via email and may be required to verify eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days or fails to provide required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion, including drawing and prize awards, are final and binding.

Prize Details

Each winner will receive a Sweepstakes-specified prize (the “Prize”) based on the entry process. The exact nature of the Prize will be outlined at the time of entry. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted unless Sponsor, at its sole discretion, offers an alternative of equal or greater value. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize will be disclosed on the entry page.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Verification and Notification

Potential winners will be contacted via email or phone, and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If these documents are not returned within thirty (30) days or the winner is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected. Non-compliance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility as part of the verification process.

Privacy Statement

All personal information collected through this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at Prizies Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, you consent to receive promotional communications from Prizies™ and its marketing partners. However, your entry and consent to receive marketing communications are independent of your chances of winning.

Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This includes but is not limited to, website promotions, press releases, and social media announcements.

Tax Obligations

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes related to the prize. Sponsor may file a Form 1099-MISC for any prize winners as required by law. Winners may be required to provide a social security number for tax reporting purposes.

Disqualification and Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. In the event of technical issues, fraud, or any cause that impairs the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical errors, lost entries, or any other issue that may impact the administration of the Promotion.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, conducted by the American Arbitration Association, in Houston, TX. Entrants waive the right to a class action lawsuit, agreeing instead to resolve all disputes individually. In the event of arbitration, the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
